Personal training at GBSC is fully private, one on one coac
hing with Canyon Twer. Each session is built around your goals, experience level, and any current limitations or medical conditions. Canyon designs a custom plan for your body and adjusts it as you progress, helping you build strength, confidence, and real movement skill.
With more than 30 years of coaching success, Canyon has helped first‑time clients and experienced clients improve strength, mobility, and over all confidence through clear instruction and supportive, individualized coaching.

HIIT 360 isn’t a typical high‑intensity class. Led by Coach Canyon, a fitness professional since 1993 with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology, each session blends strength, conditioning, and mobility for an age‑appropriate, results‑driven experience.
You’ll build functional strength, support healthy body composition, and improve mobility, balance, and core stability. Most members train just 2–3 times per week, with early morning options at 6am and 7am.
Classes stay small so coaching stays personal, whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or long‑term health. Veterans receive a 10% membership discount as our thanks for your service.

Our Sport Strength & Conditioning class builds stronger, faster, more resilient athletes. It’s designed for amateur and professional athletes, high‑school and college competitors, BJJ practitioners, and youth ages 8 to 18 who want better movement, control, and sport‑specific power.
Each one‑hour session improves how you move, perform, and stay healthy through:
Mobility & flexibility: Move smoothly, rotate, and change direction with confidence.
