High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT Circuit training is a fast-paced workout that centers around performing a series of high-intensity movements in rapid succession, each lasting a brief 30 to 60 seconds. You’ll cycle through these dynamic exercises’ multiple times, with only short intermissions to catch your breath.

Our HIIT Circuit training program boasts a wide array of exercises, ranging from explosive plyometrics to rigorous anaerobic challenges like rowing, cycling, or sled pushes. We’ve seamlessly woven these with strength training and core movements, creating a well-rounded and dynamic workout.

To ensure a personalized experience and effective coaching, we keep our class sizes intimate, with a maximum of eight or less participants. This approach allows us to focus on your unique needs and tailor the training to your individual fitness goals.

Sport Strength and Conditioning

Designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, joint stability, as well as bolster strength, speed, and power, this class is your ticket to excellence, no matter your sport – whether it’s basketball, golf, baseball, football, gymnastics, wrestling, soccer, Brazilian jiu jitsu and at any level, high school, college, amateur, professional.

Our mission is clear: empower you to prevent injuries, recover effectively, and attain peak performance. We focus on refining your movement proficiency, fortifying your core strength and stability, and supercharging your energy systems for sport-specific prowess.

But we don’t stop there. We provide invaluable education on the art of warm-up and cooldown routines, body care, and cultivating healthy habits essential for recovery and adaptation.

Personal Training

Get personalized training either one-on-one or in small groups of up to six people. Our semi-private option is affordable and suitable for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast. You’ll get the benefit of individual attention without breaking the bank. With limited class sizes, your trainer can focus on your specific goals. Plus, as a Personal Training client, you’ll also get access to our Core and Mobility training classes for free. Elevate your fitness journey with us today!

Our classes are scheduled at various times throughout the day to accommodate the diverse schedules of our clients. To reserve a place in a class, simply utilize our self-service app on your smartphone. This user-friendly tool allows you to browse available class times, select the one that best fits your schedule, and reserve your spot with ease. By offering this flexibility, we aim to ensure that everyone can participate in our classes at a time that suits them best.
Our cancellation policy requires clients to provide a minimum of four hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This can be done conveniently through our self-service app on your smartphone.
